In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and its regulations, Sumcollectiv Property M Sdn. Bhd. (and its subsidiaries, associates and related companies) (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal data in the course of our property development, management and related activities.

  1. Collection of Personal Data
    When you engage with us — for example, by registering interest in a property, participating in a promotion or submitting enquiries — we may collect personal data including but not limited to your name, identity card or passport number, contact details (address, email, telephone), nationality, date of birth, marital status, occupation, income range, bank or financing information, as well as data relating to third parties such as your authorised representatives or emergency contacts.

  2. Purpose of Processing
    We collect and process your personal data for purposes such as:
  • communicating with you in relation to our properties, services, promotions and events;
  • entering into and performing Sale & Purchase Agreements, tenancy or service contracts;
  • administering property management, defect rectification, hand-over and after-sales services;
  • conducting customer relationship management, market research and profiling;
  • complying with legal, regulatory and audit requirements.

  1. Disclosure to Third Parties
    Your personal data may be shared (with your consent or as permitted by law) with third parties, including our group companies, joint venture partners, financial institutions, solicitors, auditors, utilities and service providers, government or regulatory authorities, contractors and property management entities.

  2. Protection and Security
    We implement appropriate administrative, technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. While we strive for robust security, we cannot guarantee that our systems will be free from every risk.

  3. Retention of Data
    We will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as required by law. Once no longer required, your data will be securely destroyed or anonymised.

  4. Your Rights
    Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
  • Request access to your personal data held by us;
  • request correction or updates to inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • withdraw your consent to certain processing activities (subject to contractual/legal restrictions);
  • Lodge any objection to the use of your data for marketing.

To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (see Section 8).

    If you choose not to provide certain data we request, we may be unable to:
  • proceed with your property purchase, tenancy or service agreement;
  • send you important updates or perform services requested;
  • comply fully with our legal or regulatory obligations.

Alvin’s journey in real estate began with a prestigious luxury property developer in Malaysia, where he gained broad experience across the property spectrum, from affordable RUMAWIP units to high-end residences in the Klang Valley. A seasoned marketing and sales expert, he crafted effective strategies, led pre- and post-sales planning, and conducted in-depth pricing and costing analyses. His active participation in local and international exhibitions helped forge strong partnerships with both local and foreign agencies. Driven by a vision to elevate the home-buying experience, Alvin founded MiTre to redefine industry standards, bringing innovation, passion, and purpose to the future of real estate.

Richard Lim Loh Weng

Project Director

Richard is an experienced developer and project director with over 30 years in the development and telecommunications sectors.
His background includes pioneering fibre optic installations for Maxis and Celcom (1995–1999) and overseeing architectural projects from start to finish. He is skilled in delivering innovative solutions, managing developments, and ensuring quality through project planning, budgeting, and coordination with local authorities. His focus has primarily been on residential and commercial developments.

He began his career in the 1980s with Low Yat Group, managing the Penang Mount Pleasure project. Today, he leads the Lily Apartment and Shah Alam Ace Industrial Park developments, including the 556-unit Lily Apartment in Kuala Lumpur. Notably, he also directed the successful completion of 22 semi-detached industrial factories in Shah Alam in 2019, with a Gross Development Value of RM110 million.
