19 August 2025, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur — The city came alive with festive cheer as the official Opening Ceremony of the highly anticipated Chinese New Year film “Mama, Not Again!” took place, marking the beginning of a journey that will bring joy, laughter, and heartfelt moments to audiences across Asia.
Collectiv Land is honoured to be one of the proud sponsors of this project, celebrating not just a film but the values of family, togetherness, and culture that resonate deeply with our community.
Our Co-founder, Goh Hau, joined hands with acclaimed Malaysian director Teddy Chin and the dazzling cast featuring Hong Kong stars Christine Ng, Joel Chan, Bob Lam, Oscar Leung, as well as Malaysia’s very own Daniel Fong. Together, they celebrated this special milestone — the symbolic first clapboard before filming begins.
The ceremony was filled with blessings, laughter, and a festive atmosphere, setting the stage for what promises to be a heartwarming comedy for the upcoming Chinese New Year 2026.
At Collectiv Land, we believe our role goes beyond creating physical spaces. We are committed to shaping lifestyles, connections, and stories that bring people together. Sponsoring “Mama, Not Again!” reflects this belief — supporting a film that captures the essence of family bonds, love, and shared experiences.
Just as our communities are designed to nurture meaningful connections, this film reminds us of the timeless values that make a house a home, and a home a stage for memories.
